​We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Coding Instructors to join our team!

As a GameIQ Labs Instructor you will: 

• Teach Coding Classes: Deliver engaging and interactive coding lessons to children in a classroom or virtual setting.

• Develop Curriculum: Assist in creating and refining curriculum and lesson plans that cater to various age groups and learning styles.

• Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one support and feedback to students to help them understand coding concepts and complete projects.

• Encourage Creativity: Foster a creative and inclusive environment where children feel comfortable experimenting and exploring new ideas.

• Monitor Progress: Track and report on student progress, adjusting teaching methods and materials as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

• Collaborate with Team: Work with other instructors and staff to develop new programs and improve existing ones.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor Degree/DEC or equivalent; Experience in Coding and Education

• Coding Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Scratch, Python, JavaScript, or similar.

• Teaching Experience: Prior experience teaching coding or other technical subjects to children preferred.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

• Patience and Adaptability: Ability to be patient, flexible, and adaptive to the needs of different learners.

• Passion for STEM: A strong passion for STEM education and inspiring young minds.
